Rustic grape jam
Put the grapes, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan.
Simmer on medium/low heat, stirring continuously. You will notice that the grapes will release a lot of liquid. Muddle the grapes as you stir.
After about 10 minutes, reduce the heat to low.
After about 15 minutes, you'll notice that the liquid has reduced by more than half and the jam is still a bit runny. Take the pan off the heat.
Allow the jam to cool for about 5 minutes. It will firm up a little as it cools. Pour the jam into a small jar and refrigerate it until you're ready to serve it.
