Cut chicken breast into one-inch cubes.
Combine sesame oil, sunflower oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, grated ginger and salt.
Once the marinade is combined, add the sesame seeds and stir.
Pour the marinade over the chicken. You can refrigerate the chicken for an hour or just move on to the next step.
Coat the marinated chicken pieces in almond flour. Sprinkle the almond flour over the chicken and toss.
Bake on a sheet pan at 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Be sure to leave some space between the chicken pieces.
While you're waiting for the chicken to cook, prepare the garnish.
