Quick and easy stovetop granola ready in just 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in a large non-stick pan on low heat. Add the rolled oats and stir for a couple of minutes. Then add the almonds and stir for 5 more minutes or until the almonds are a light golden brown.
Move the oats and almonds to one side of the pan. Add the butter, maple syrup and vanilla to the pan and stir until combined. Mix everything together.
Stir for a couple more minutes. Take the pan off the heat.
Add the spices and the dried fruit.
Store the granola in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for a week or leave it out at room temperature for up to three days.
