Healthy and delicious!
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line your biggest baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add your rolled oats to the baking sheet. Mix the sunflower oil, vanilla and maple syrup together. Add to the oats and stir. Spread the granola evenly on the pan.
Add the almonds to the top of the granola. Don't stir. Just leave the almonds spread out on top of the granola. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the granola from the oven and stir. Put back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
Take the granola out of the oven. Add the spices and stir. Add the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and dried fruit and stir again.
Turn the oven off. Put the granola back in the warm oven for 5 minutes and then remove.
